1650 meter swim.

Today I did 1,650 meters in the pool.

The warm up consisted of:
100 meter loose and easy.
50 meter kick on your back.
100 meter loose and easy.
50 meter kick on your front.
100 meter loose and easy.

Skill drills:
3 x 50 meters. Count your strokes on the first set. Reduce the number of strokes by 1-2 for the second and third set.

Main set:
1000 meters. Try not to stop for any rests.

Cool down:
4 x 25 meters.

1 month ago I wouldn’t have thought I could do that. I have to give props to my coach, Fred. He helped me get my technique down. Then keeps reminding me that if I want to get better at something, I have to DO it.

I also found a little extra inspiration on reddit.com from a guy who was mostly known for his physical attributes and dexterity. What’s even more amazing was that his mind was a match for his body.
